Well,
We're winding up another whirlwind tour and having a few steins worth at the Hofbrauhaus in preparation for the loooong flight home. The trip went very well. The drive from Karlsrue was interesting. Bet you never thought they closed the autobahn-well they do! Spent four hours in traffic-boy Steph was real happy-finally got to Dachau 45 minutes before closing, which was not enough time. Then a few hot, hot, hot days in Berchtesgaden. We stayed in the Turken-the former SD barracks-which was great from a history point of view, but no air and temps in the 90s. While the guests did the Harper tour I just sweated. Then two days in Munich, which have been great. Traced the route of the 23 Beer hall putsch and the Feldernhalle. Banducci bought more silly hats. NOw I'm anxious to get home and wading into the stack of mail. Hope all is well with each and every one of you and your are having a blessed, safe and enjoyable summer.
